In addition to music mixing, i also mix for film and TV. A final dubbing mix can be very complex and include multiple elements like Foley, ambience, dialogue, ADR, Sound FX and Music. I use my experience and expertise to seamlessly blend all these elements together to create a polished final mix ready for any platform, be it cinema, TV, Radio or online.
Mixes can be finished in 5.1 surround or stereo.
Mixes can be attended in person or reviewed online.
Your final mix will meet all the delivery requirements necessary, whether that is EBU R128(UK & Europe), ITU BS.1770(US), OP-59(Australia) or any other loudness standard . We also mix all online content to the new loudness standards adopted by companies such as Spotify, Apple and YouTube.
Sound design is the creation of bespoke sonic signatures that give a film an authentic and realistic sound track. From the unique sounds of light sabers and space ships to the thunderous booms of explosions and sub sonic bass rumbles.
Building the sounds for a scene can be very intricate and takes a great deal of care and attention. I have access to a library of extensive sound effects that can be used in most productions and for something more bespoke, the ability to create unique sounds from scratch using sample manipulation and synthesis.
VOICE RECORDING / ADR

We have an extensive array of high fidelity mics and pristine pre amps. Capture the intricate nuances of your actor's voice in a sound proof vocal booth.
Often on sets it's difficult to capture clean dialogue 100% of the time due to extraneous noise. When you get your film into the edit and realise that the sound just isn't going to work then that's where ADR comes in. Re-record your actor's dialogue in a treated studio for pristine sound to get your film's audio back on track.
From the swishing of clothing and footsteps to squeaky doors and breaking glass. Foley sounds are used to enhance the auditory experience of a movie. Foley can also be used to cover up unwanted sounds captured on the set of a movie during filming, such as overflying airplanes or passing traffic.
I can record each element of a scene in isolation to rebuild the audio in order to give the scene a realistic feel. Using my foley studio I can replace the sounds that are often taken for granted.

I use the latest state of the art software to get rid of anything from clicks, pops and distortion to wind noise, reverb, traffic noise and sirens. I can augment the eq curve of lapel mics to get them to match a better quality shotgun mic.
